In addition to her professional work, she has served as a facilitator for Celebrate Recovery for over five years, where she supports individuals navigating personal challenges and life transitions. She is passionate about building systems that remove barriers, strengthen coordination, and help individuals access the support they need for long-term success.

Michele Delgado has seven years of experience in workforce development and currently serves as a Career Center Lead, where she supports individuals as they navigate employment opportunities and career pathways. Prior to this role, she served as a Workforce Program Lead for three years, gaining extensive experience in outreach, customer service, and case management. Michele is passionate about connecting individuals with the resources and guidance they need to achieve long-term success. In addition to her professional work, she is actively involved in community outreach and fundraising efforts. She has supported outreach and events with Brenham Pregnancy Center and has volunteered with One Touch Family, an organization that provides support to families experiencing the loss of a child. Michele is also a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant, where she continues to develop strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.

Maria Olmos brings over two decades of experience in customer engagement and community support. She spent 16 years with Dell supporting operations within the Latin America region, where she developed strong skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and operational coordination. For the past six years, Maria has served as a Career Center Specialist, where she works directly with individuals seeking employment and career advancement. As a bilingual professional, she is especially passionate about helping Spanish-speaking individuals navigate barriers to opportunity and access critical resources. Maria is deeply committed to serving others and believes strong relationships and collaboration are key to helping individuals and families move forward.
